Ramakrishna Reddy
Ramakrishna is the Co-founder of iTranscend Ed Initiatives and prior to that was overall head of Manthan School. With experience in the analytics space for 9 years and in education for over 15 years Ramakrishna brings a unique blend of a data mindset with practical insights. As Head of school at Manthan, he built a child-centred, highly trained team that soon established its reputation as one of the best schools in Hyderabad. He is passionate about ensuring that education is built around the interests and needs of the child. He has an M.Phil from JNU, New Delhi and with an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad

Ed Valenzuela
Ed Valenzuela spent 16 years in various consulting, IT and outsourcing positions. A formerPartner/Managing Director with Accenture, USA, he has lived and worked on five continents and built an expertise running processes acrossFinance and Accounting, Human Resource , Procurement and IT services. He attended the University of Notre Dame and the University of Missouri for his undergraduate degree in Finance/Accounting and the University of Dallas for his MBA. He is married with three children and three grandchildren, and enjoys reading, mineral collecting and hiking in the mountains. Ed supports charity causes and contributes his time, expertise and money to charity events in the Colorado region.

Antoinette Irvine
Antoinette Irvine is the Associate Executive Director at Symmetra, UK. As the former CHRO for Business Operations at Unilever, she was responsible for HR partnering across global supply chain and business operations teams. During this role, she rewrote the talent management for the Global Supply Chain, creating a talent powerhouse that secured Unilever Supply Chain into the Masters category with Gartner for the fourth year running. Prior to her global role she was HR VP for Africa Cluster and was member of the South Africa Board of Directors holding the position of HR Vice President South Africa. She was the first woman in 25 years to undertake that role. Born in South Africa, Antoinette brings a deep understanding of diverse cultural dynamics and the importance of inclusive leadership in global organizations. With 30 years of HR expertise, she has championed equitable workplace practices, fostering environments that embrace diversity and empower individuals to thrive in different cultural contexts. Antoinette’s expertise is backed by years of practical experience in HR leadership roles accountable for commercial outcomes, including high-impact roles spanning US, Africa, the Middle East, Asia, and China.

Sanjay Seth
Sanjay Seth has spent around three decades in the corporate world across various organizations, although of this period, he has spent more than two decades with Accenture. Early in his career, Sanjay developed his skills working with engineering and manufacturing organizations. He then spent close to ten years as a Management Consultant with Accenture, advising clients in India, largely in the manufacturing sector. Post this, Sanjay moved over to the Outsourcing industry, briefly in the IT sector before spending the last fifteen years in BPO. Apart from the above, Sanjay is an avid sportsperson and enjoys outdoors, racquet games and adventure sports.
